Celebrating 80 Fruitful Years
You are invited to … the Celebration of 80 Years of Ministry at Wanake!
This celebration will be filled with laughter, heartfelt conversations, and reflections on eight decades of experiences that have shaped and inspired everyone fortunate enough to be part of Wanake's journey.
This celebration will capture treasured memories of the past, joyful moments shared in the present, and visions of God’s work in and through Wanake in the future.
We will experience again Jesus-centered community, thanksgiving to God, awe at God’s creation, and songs of praise.
May the next 80 years be as fruitful at the first 80! This is our prayer.

Golf carts — Transportation is available around site, at a first come, first serve
basis. Please talk to a volunteer at the check-in booth if you are
in need of assistance.
Looking for a Bathroom? — Public restrooms are available at the Green
Shower House, Dining Hall, and the Pool Palace.
Wanake Weekend Activities
- Canoeing—Enjoy the peace of Lake Arnold with a new friend or two
- Rock Climbing—Challenge yourself at the Outpost Barn
- Service Project—Help to create a new Wanake How How Garden sign!
- Wagon Ride—Tours around camp will leave on Saturday at 9:30am,
10:15 am, 11am, 3:15pm, and 4pm
- History Hall—Check out Wanake’s history in pictures and memorabilia.
Be sure to join in the Decade Challenge (see page 8)
- Crafts—Recreate you favorite camp crafts under the tent
- Recording Booth— Wanake wants to hear your stories! Stop by Julie’s
office to record a memory of your time at Wanake.
- Hiking—Take a hike in the beautiful spiritual place among the hills
